We aim to dispatch standard orders within five days of your order confirmation. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days. Deliveries take place seven days a week, excluding Bank Holidays. Delivery options, estimated delivery timeframes and charges are displayed at checkout, and we’ll send you a tracking link where available.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as Christmas, Easter and other seasonal events. Personalised products may also require additional processing time, which will be indicated on the product page or at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Standard delivery is £2.99, with free standard delivery on orders over £30. All available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery service you select.

Yes. Many Cadbury gifts can be delivered directly to the recipient’s address, making them ideal for birthdays, thank you gifts, celebrations and special occasions.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Cadbury order every step of the way. You can also track your parcel using our Where’s My Parcel? page. 

If your delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and do everything we can to minimise the delay.

Yes we do. Next Day Delivery is available for £5.99 on eligible orders placed. Deliveries take place seven days a week, excluding Bank Holidays. Availability is subject to your postcode and may not be offered for Sunday deliveries in some areas.

During busy periods, such as Christmas and Easter, Next Day Delivery may be temporarily unavailable. If Next Day Delivery is available for your address, you’ll see it as a delivery option at checkout.

No. We don’t currently offer same day delivery. If you need your Cadbury chocolate gift as quickly as possible, next day delivery may be available on selected orders.
